- “The Willow” Park Model. 1069 SQ FT, 2 bedroom and 2 bath is located on a site with woodland views. This park model site also has a large 2 car garage, 3-season sunroom and deck spaces.
- “The Oak” Park Model. 784 SQ FT, 2 bedroom, 1 ½ baths is located on a Premium waterfront site. This site includes a 3-season sunroom with private retaining walls and deck spaces with sunset views. This waterfront front site has designated private dock location.
- “The Pine” Park Model. 532 SQ FT, 2 bedroom and 1 full bath, is nestled in the trees on a “tree house” site. This site includes a large 3-season sunroom with an insulated garage and deck spaces.
