All sites at Cherryhill are licensed to the occupier for 12 months the year. Water, Sewer and Standard Electrical Utility Services are included in the rates.

East side of the lake. Utility services are available year round.
The annual Occupancy Licence fees are due and payable on or before November 1st annually. The total annual amount can be paid on or before November 1st or, for convenience, the annual fee can be split into monthly payments to be paid on the first day of each month thru direct payment from the occupier's financial institution.

A 50 amp service is included with these sites.
Water and Sewer
Potable water as well as sewer services are included at your site.
Internet access is available. Fibre Optic Internet is available.
Satellite TV access is available.
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage and recycling is collected from a common location within the park. Smaller recycling bins are also located throughout the park.
Lawncare and park maintenance are a top priority. The CherryHill staff provide lawn care services in all common areas.
There are many options for creating your perfect getaway. When ordering new we recommend our two partner manufacturing companies: Grandeur and General Coach.
They have numbers floor plan options to choose from and the finishes are fully customizable. The ordering process is coordinated by our knowledgable staff in our Park Office.
CherryHill Sales and Construction have a streamlined move-in process. We coordinate the delivery, setup, connection, skirting and more.
We also construct and /or coordinate the installation of add-ons such as insulated garages, decks and sunrooms etc.
